Vintage Deep Sea-Creature Glimmers and Can Grow To a Length of 30 Meters

SeaCreature

Australian Divers seized exquisite and amazing images of the pyrosome or Pyrostremma Spinosum, a sea creature at the coast of Tasmania. It’s a rare genre so dubbed ”Unicorn of the sea”. It grows to 100ft in size (30 metres long), or equal to two double decker buses put end-to-end. The Pyrosome has a see-through hollow and cylindrical body built up of thousands of tiny clones dubbed zooids. The zooids draw water through tubes, feed on plankton and then drive out the filtered water.
